Your boardroom, like ours (pictured above), can be equipped with a state of the art electronics suite. From a touch panel at the entrance, the presenter simply selects the type of meeting to be held and everything is automatically taken care of. The curtains and blinds close, the lights dim to the correct setting, the projector and sound systems power up to the correct input and volume settings, the data board and computer both come on line - all at the touch of just one button - simplicity itself. Another touch panel enables the presenter to easily change the room’s configuration for the next part of the presentation.

Our boardroom can be employed for demonstrations, short-term hire, for that special presentation, or to provide an alternative or neutral, discrete venue.
